When we first start working with you, In every case we will provide a baseline so we can measure our effectiveness and show your return on investment. We will conduct a Fair Workplace Review, Compliance Review or Capability Audit to assess compliance with workplace legislation, Modern Awards, the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Best Practice. We will also conduct an Employee Engagement Survey using Employee Life and the Mercer 'Whats Working' Survey to benchmark the climate in your workplace against thousands of Australian businesses. This gives us a 'line in the sand' from both a COMPLIANCE and a CLIMATE perspective. From the findings, we will prioritise together and develop a clear action plan which will address both the COMPLIANCE and the CLIMATE issues, over an agreed period.
The plan will follow the employee's lifecycle, tracking the Inspire Success Human Resources Framework and encompassing everything from the ATTRACT, ALIGN, ENGAGE and EXIT quadrants.

Your business will now have a strategic workforce plan which will assist you to achieve the business goals through your people.

In our experience, action is what matters and we make sure you are set up for success! Using a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing 24/7 support we facilitate the achievement of the action plan. We like to work with a key person on your team so that the capability in your business increases, allowing for incremental growth from a people perspective. Each month we will agree on the deliverables for the following period and our reports will provide you with an update of our progress. We take responsibility for all aspects of human resources at your place. Our HR professional is on site each month to implement HR deliverables and partner with your Leadership team, driving the people plan. Together we are responsible for driving the implementation of your people programs and practices. We become Your HR Team!

  • HR Audit to review compliance with workplace legislation and compare to HR best practice;
  • Online employee engagement survey to assess the climate in the workplace;
  • A clear action plan with deliverables for the next 12 months;
  • Attendance at significant monthly meetings of your choice (could be management / department meetings; coaching for senior personnel);
  • Quarterly review of outcomes;
  • Access to cloud-based human resources information system (HRIS) to track employee lifecycle and assist with Work Health & Safety (WHS) reporting (additional costs apply - depends on employee numbers);
  • Unlimited phone and email support – 24/7 for 12 months.
